Have you ever heard of the Mark Twain Award? Each year, students across Missouri read at least 4 books from the Mark Twain Nomination list. Before midnight, March 11, students vote on their favorite book! Will the book you choose be the same book that will win the majority?
So what’s the purpose? The Mark Twain Award is to provide the children of Missouri with a recommended reading list of literature that will enrich their lives through reading. Now how cool is that? Let’s start reading!
Scroll the blog list. You will find the title of each book nominated for this year’s Mark Twain Award. After reading the book, tell me what you thought about it using the comment link. I look forward to your thoughts and small reviews.
